zonesoul is a free, informational tool. It describes everyday states of energy, pace and social need, and suggests small actions. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic instrument, and not therapy.

Nothing here is medical, psychological or professional advice. Do not use this site to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or your symptoms are interfering with daily life, contact a qualified professional or a local emergency line.
3. Your use of the tool
You may use the quiz and the guides for personal or internal business purposes. Do not resell, rebrand or redistribute the content as your own product. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others.
4. Accuracy
The quiz is a reflection prompt, not an assessment with psychometric validation. Two people with the same answers get the same zone because the scoring is deterministic — that is a design property, not evidence of accuracy. Prices and product details mentioned in guides change without notice.
